This simple Kung Fu Crab recipe is meant to make your own home-made Kung Fu crab faster.
With this recipe it is easier and faster to cook kung fu at home. Instead of making one from scratch, I used the store Boo Kung Pao Sauce. If you want to make sauces from scratch, refer to the previous recipe.

How to cook a kung fu crab
Start chopping ginger and garlic. Do this by heating the oil on the pan. Put the ginger first, followed by the garlic. Stir in the dried peppers and peanuts. It’s a good minute.
Add onion and zucchini. Stir fry for 1 minute, and then add bell pepper to it. You can use any color of bell pepper. I used red for this particular recipe.
Next add the shrimp. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until the shrimp turn orange. Then you can add the sauce. I got a kung fu sauce from my local grocery store. It may not always be available in your local supermarkets, so that means you have to create one from scratch (see link above for details).
Finish by adding scallions and seasonings. I like it with Yangzhou fried rice.
